Min kærlighed til thaimad

Thaimad giver mig en stor glæde og fornøjelse. Den er noget helt særligt for mig. Jeg er født og opvokset med thaimad og spiser den hver dag - også herhjemme i Danmark.
Jeg vil gerne dele min glæde ved thaimad med alle, der er interesseret i at lade sig inspirere af det thailandske køkken. Jeg synes, alle skal have mulighed for at kunne lave thaimad i sit eget køkken!
Her på siden deler jeg mange autentiske opskrifter - også andre spændende retter, som du kan blive inspireret af, og de gode tips og tricks.
Der findes ubeskriveligt mange spændende opskrifter på thairetter, som jeg glæder mig meget til at dele med jer.
Jeg prøver så vidt som muligt at finde de retter, der skulle være nemme at gå til for os, der bor i Danmark med de råvarer og ingredienser, vi har adgang til.
